Overview
It is a common belief that once a bowler learns the proper technique for bowling, then the sport is 75% mental and 25% physical. In extreme pressure situations, it can become almost 100% mental. It comes down to proper execution of the shot under the pressure of the situation. All bowlers have thrown lots of strikes. The really good ones can do it when it counts. This section will deal with the mental side of the sport. Some techniques will be discussed to help the bowler who is under pressure.
It can be summed up as:
"The key to bowling well is being confident in your ability."
